Today, on June 24, the International scientific and practical conference on Electrophysics and Information Technology Applications 2024 – ICEP-ITA 2024 started its work at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent.

Conference is a notable scientific event, organized by the Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers in collaboration with Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, which is conducted as a hybrid event, featuring both in-person and virtual sessions.

Rector of TTPU Olimjon Tuychiyev and Chairman of Division C of KIEE Yong – sang Kim made a welcoming speech wishing best of luck, as well as successful work to the conference. Opening remarks were also made by Guido Marchetto, professor at Politecnico di Torino (Italy) and Tulayganov Dilshat Ubaydullaevich, actual members of the Academy of Sciences Republic of Uzbekistan (TTPU).

More than 100 scientific researches on topics such as Electro-Physics & Applications, Power Asset Management, Power IoT & Sensors, Information Technology and Smart Electric Facility were discussed during the conference.

ICEP-ITA 2024 serves as a platform for exchanging ideas, innovative technology, and design techniques, sharing experiences, fostering connections between research and industry, and encouraging professionals to pursue careers in these evolving fields.

In the second half of the day, the conference continued its work in the branches, listening to lectures on the scientific work of the participants. Recall that tomorrow on June 25, the conference will continue its work in the branches.
