In the buildings of University of Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, kLI (cleaning works, including cleaning and chemical processing of administrative rooms, educational auditoriums, bathrooms, chemical cleaning of coverings, and washing of facade windows, etc.) announces an open competition to sign a contract with the service provider for 2025.
Legal entities with experience in the provision of these services, an appropriate material tax base, and working personnel are entitled to participate in the competition. KLI’s services should be provided on an agreed schedule from 07:00 to 18:00 Monday-Saturday. The competition lasts 10 calendar days from the date of publication on the University’s internet portal.

University classification:

1. Educational building. Consists of 4 floors, total area: 6,077 sq. m.; number of bathrooms: 8. Most of the covers are cowrolean.
2. Kitchen and conferencsts-Hall building. Consisting of the 2nd floor, the total area is 1,578 sq. m.; the second floor covering is cavernous.
3. Administrative building. Consists of 7 floors, total area: 3,636 sq. m.; number of bathrooms: 9; most of the covers are cowrolean.
4. Administrative building. Consists of 2 floors, total area—584 sq. m.
5. Library and auditoriums. Consists of the 1st floor, with a total area of 2,041 sq. m., the envelope is cavernous.
6. Sports training building. Consisting of the 2nd floor (which includes an indoor swimming pool, minifutball hall, and tennis court), the total area is 3,956 sq. m., the number of bathrooms is 4, and the number of shower rooms is 4.
7. Special laboratory building. Consists of the 1st floor, with a total area of 1,377 sq. m, number of bathrooms: 2, number of shower rooms: 2.
8. Conducting experiments and laboratory and Technopark building. Consists of 2 floors, total area: 2,378 sq. m.; number of bathrooms: 2; number of shower rooms: 2.
9. Metrology laboratory building. Consists of the 1st floor, total area—486 sq. m., number of bathrooms—2.
10. Dormitory building. Consists of 4 floors, total area: 1,336 sq. m.; number of bathrooms: 16; number of shower rooms: 16.
11. Student dormitory building. Consisting of the 4th floor, the total area is 1,668 sq.m., the number of bathrooms is 4, and the number of shower rooms is 4.
12. Drain auditoriums building. Consists of the 1st floor, with a total area of 1,078 sq. m. and a number of bathrooms—2.
13. Advanced Engineering Laboratory Building. Consists of the 5th floor (the land is full), the total area is 5,000 sq. m., and the number of bathrooms is 8.
    The following requirements are imposed on applicants to participate in the tender:
    the presence of a certificate of registration of state agencies of the organization;
    enterprise-organization type of activity compatibility;
    activity in the same field for at least 1 year;
    failure to place on a single list of dishonest performers;
    the absence of debts on payment of taxes and other mandatory payments.
