On November 16 of this year, a “Graduation Ceremony-2024” was held at the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent.
The event was attended by such prestigious guests as Minister of Higher Education, Science and innovation Sharipov Kongratbay Avezimbetovich, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic in the Republic of Uzbekistan Agostino Pinna, Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Rae Kwon Chung, the Rector of Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent Tuychiev Olimjon Alijonovich, Italian vice-rectors Alberto Sapora and Stefano Paolo Pastorelli, as well as TTPU and Politecnico di Torino professors, graduate students and their family members, friends.
At the beginning of the event, the state anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan was played. After that, the guests, one after another, come to the word and wish the graduate-students good luck and success in their future work.
The graduates were personally awarded diplomas by Minister of Higher Education, Science and innovation Sharipov Kongratbay Avezimbetovich, Agostino Pinna, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Uzbekistan Agostino Pinna, the Rector of Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent Tuychiev Olimjon Alijonovich, Italian vice-rector Stefano Paolo Pastorelli and Nobel laureate Rae Kwon Chung.
A total of 186 graduates were awarded diplomas at the event, of which 161 were awarded bachelor’s degrees and the remaining 25 were awarded master’s degrees.
It is worth noting that 100% of graduates are employed, and currently ttpu graduates work as engineers, leading specialists in companies not only in various sectors of the Republic, but also in leading companies around the world, in particular, Manganorobot of Italy, Uber of Denmark, Pirelli of Italy, VITRONIC Machine Vision Middle East of Dubai, BMW group of Germany.
At the end of the event, the graduates were photographed as mementos, thanking their professors, teachers and parents for their support and guidance during their studies.
