On January 31 and February 1, the Rector of Tashkent Polytechnic University in Tashkent Olimjon Tuychiev took part as an expert in the panel discussion titled “Digital Factories: AI integration for smart control and robotics” at the “Digital Almaty 2025” International Digital Forum, held in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan.

The forum brought together business representatives, international experts, the IT community, government agencies, and media representatives to discuss cutting-edge digital technologies and industrial innovations.

During the panel discussion, O.Tuychiev delivered a speech on the development of the digital industry, robotics and artificial intelligence in Uzbekistan and at TTPU, as well as future plans in these fields. Additionally, as part of the forum, a collaboration agreement was reached with China’s AGIBOT company to establish the production of humanoid robots in Uzbekistan.
