Within the framework of the applied project “Development of an optimized Energy Management System (EMS) for Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEVs) and testing its efficiency through experimental validation on a hardware-in-loop (HIL) simulator integrated with an Electronic Control Unit (ECU)”, Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent announces a tender for the purchase of laboratory equipment.
Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent invites proposals for participation in the tender in accordance with the following procedure and requirements:

The list of equipment to be purchased and its technical specifications are provided in Annex 1.
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
Application letter addressed to the University regarding participation in the tender;
Certificate of state registration;
Company charter;
Confirmation that the applicant’s main business activity is relevant to the subject of the tender;
Financial statement submitted to the tax authorities for the year ending 2024;
Certificate confirming absence of tax arrears and other mandatory payments;
Confirmation of not being listed in the Unified Register of Unscrupulous Contractors;
Evidence of previous experience in supplying similar equipment;
Financial and technical proposals in accordance with the tender’s technical requirements, including delivery and payment terms;
Letter of guarantee.
The winner of the tender shall provide a 12-month warranty for the laboratory equipment, ensure delivery to the address specified by the University, and, if necessary, install the equipment and train staff in its use.
Commercial offers may be submitted in Uzbek, Russian, or English.
Tender proposals must be submitted both via the official e-mail info@polito.uz and in hard copy to the following address: 17, Kichik Xalqa Yo‘li Street, Olmazor District, Tashkent city. The deadline for submission is 18:00 on the final day of the tender.
The tender becomes effective from the date of publication on the University’s official website and will remain open for 5 calendar days.
