From December 1 to 5, 2025, Senior Teacher Kamila Sultanova and Teacher Aziza Tajimuratova of the Department of Management, Economics and Humanities at Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent participated in the international symposium titled “China and Central Asia Symposium on Modern University Governance”, organized at Lanzhou University in the People’s Republic of China.




Within the framework of the international symposium, intergovernmental roundtable discussions and academic debates were organized on a number of issues that are of significant importance for the development of the modern higher education system. In particular, during the symposium, key topics such as improving the quality of university governance and training qualified personnel, the transformation of university governance models in the digital era, mechanisms of cooperation among stakeholders in university management, and the comparative analysis of university governance in an intercultural context were thoroughly discussed.
During the symposium, leading international experiences, modern governance approaches, and innovative solutions were discussed with the participation of scholars and specialists from different countries. The event served as an important platform for exchanging scientific and practical experience, enhancing professional knowledge and skills of academic staff, and further strengthening international academic cooperation.
