Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent announces a tender for the procurement of laboratory equipment in accordance with the following procedures and requirements:
- The list of equipment to be procured and their technical specifications are provided in Annex 1.
- To participate in the tender, applicants must submit the following documents:
- Application letter addressed to the university expressing intent to participate in the tender;
- General information about the applicant (in accordance with Annex 2);
- Certificate of state registration;
- Articles of association of the enterprise;
- Confirmation that the main activity of the applicant aligns with the purpose of the tender;
- Financial statement for the year 2024 submitted to tax authorities (Forms 1 and 2);
- Document confirming absence of debt on taxes and other mandatory payments;
- Confirmation that the applicant is not listed in the unified register of unscrupulous performers;
- Experience of the applicant in delivering similar equipment (as per Annex 3);
- Financial and technical proposals in accordance with the technical specifications of the tender;
- Guarantee letter.
- The tender winner must undertake to deliver the laboratory equipment to the address specified by the university with a 12-month warranty, including installation if necessary, and training of staff in the use of the equipment.
- Commercial proposals for participation in the tender can be submitted in Uzbek, Russian, or English.
- Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address: 17, Kichik Xalqa Yo‘li Street, Olmazor District, Tashkent City, by 18:00 on the last day of the tender.
- The tender comes into effect from the day it is published on the university’s official website and remains open for 15 calendar days.
