Belarusian Delegation Visits TTPU

On March 30, 2026, a delegation of the Republic of Belarus visited Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent.

The delegation included the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Uzbekistan, Alexander Ogorodnikov, as well as leading specialists in industry, engineering, and human resources. The delegation was welcomed by the Rector of TTPU, Olimjon Tuychiev.

During the visit, the guests became closely acquainted with the university’s modern academic buildings, scientific laboratories, and the material and technical base created for practical training. In particular, the educational processes aimed at developing practical skills in engineering fields attracted great interest from the delegation.

During the negotiations, issues of personnel policy, training of engineering specialists, retraining, and professional development were discussed. Special attention was also paid to the introduction of modern educational programs and the development of practice-oriented learning processes.

The parties considered prospects for cooperation in the development of human capital, the implementation of joint educational programs, and the realization of scientific and applied projects.

This visit became an important step in expanding TTPU’s international cooperation and in further developing engineering education.
