Within the framework of the Germany–Uzbekistan Rectors’ Forum 2025, a tripartite cooperation memorandum was officially signed between Olimjon Tuychiev, Rector of Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, Prof. Arthur Kolb from the Kempten University of Applied Sciences (Germany), and Jamshid Kaniyev, Vice-Rector of the Kimyo International University in Tashkent (KIUT).

The memorandum includes cooperation in the following key areas:

• academic exchange programs for students and faculty;
• organization of joint summer schools;
• collaboration in scientific research and innovative projects;
• development of university–industry integration.

This agreement aims to strengthen strategic partnership between the universities and further expand educational and scientific cooperation between Germany and Uzbekistan.
