Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent announces an open tender to sign a contract for 2025 with an organization providing cleaning services in the university buildings (including cleaning of administrative offices, classrooms, sanitary facilities, chemical treatment of sanitary areas, chemical cleaning of carpeted surfaces, washing of façade windows, etc.).

Legal entities with experience in providing these services, possessing the appropriate material and technical base and qualified personnel, are eligible to participate in the tender. Cleaning services must be provided according to an agreed schedule from Monday to Saturday, from 07:00 to 18:00. The tender will be open for 10 calendar days from the date of publication on the university’s official website.

University facilities:

1. Academic building – 4 floors, total area: 6,077 sq. m, number of restrooms: 8; most floor coverings are carpeted.
2. Cafeteria and conference hall building – 2 floors, total area: 1,578 sq. m; second-floor covering is carpeted.
3. Administrative building – 7 floors, total area: 3,636 sq. m, number of restrooms: 9; most floor coverings are carpeted.
4. Administrative building – 2 floors, total area: 584 sq. m.
5. Library and classrooms – 1 floor, total area: 2,041 sq. m; carpeted flooring.
6. Sports facility building – 2 floors (including an indoor swimming pool, mini-football hall, and tennis court), total area: 3,956 sq. m, number of restrooms: 4, number of showers: 4.
7. Special laboratory building – 1 floor, total area: 1,377 sq. m, number of restrooms: 2, number of showers: 2.
8. Experimental laboratories and technopark building – 2 floors, total area: 2,378 sq. m, number of restrooms: 2, number of showers: 2.
9. Metrology laboratory building – 1 floor, total area: 486 sq. m, number of restrooms: 2.
10. Dormitory building – 4 floors, total area: 1,336 sq. m, number of restrooms: 16, number of showers: 16.
11. Student dormitory building – 4 floors, total area: 1,668 sq. m, number of restrooms: 4, number of showers: 4.
12. Classroom building – 1 floor, total area: 1,078 sq. m, number of restrooms: 2.
13. Advanced Engineering Laboratory building – 5 floors (with a basement), total area: 3,000 sq. m, number of restrooms: 8.

Requirements for participation in the tender:

• Possession of a certificate confirming registration with state authorities;
• Compliance of the organization’s activity with the scope of services;
• At least 1 year of experience in this field;
• Not being included in the unified register of unscrupulous contractors;
• No outstanding debts related to taxes or other mandatory payments.
