In accordance with Presidential Decree No. PQ-128 of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 20, 2023, tasks were outlined to conduct analytical and practical research aimed at the development of the education sector, as well as to analyze and improve the effectiveness of state education standards, curricula, and textbooks by developing appropriate recommendations.

Based on these objectives, the Republican Olympiad for Gifted Children – IBRO–2025 was organized to increase students’ interest in STEM subjects, identify and encourage talented students of general secondary, secondary specialized, and primary vocational education institutions. The Olympiad was initiated in cooperation with the Republican Scientific and Methodological Center for the Development of Education, the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent, and the Center for Subject Olympiads under the Agency for Specialized Educational Institutions.
In particular, on June 29 of this year, the final stage of the IBRO–2025 Olympiad and the award ceremony for the winners of the Academic Sadullayev Olympiad – SIMO–2025 was held with the support of the Republican Scientific and Methodological Center for the Development of Education, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, and the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent.

This created a foundation for analyzing the practical effectiveness of current curricula and textbooks.
In the third stage of the Olympiad:
The Top 100 students from grades 2–9 were awarded various amounts of cash prizes.
The Top 10 students from grades 10–11 received modern digital devices, including laptops, tablets, smartphones, smartwatches, and headphones.
18 students from grades 10–11 who achieved the highest results were granted 100% scholarships and direct admission without entrance exams to Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent and AKITA.
The most active school with top-performing students was awarded the grand prize – a BYD Chazor car by Uzavtosanoat JSC.
At the conclusion of the event, a festive musical program was organized for the participants. Performances by talented artists of our country created a joyful atmosphere and added a celebratory spirit to the ceremony.
