The Center for Advanced Studies and Retraining of Personnel of the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent conducted a two-week advanced training course “Personnel Management. HR administration “. The course was attended by employees of the personnel services of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Committee for Reserves of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the training, topics such as modern approaches and concepts of personnel management, the basics of labor legislation, issues of drafting and terminating an employment contract, psychodiagnostic when hiring, etc. were touched upon.
