Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent announces a tender for landscaping and maintenance of green areas located on the university campus. The tender includes services for the regular maintenance of lawns, trees, and shrubs, as well as providing them with the necessary nutrients and fertilizers.
Details of the university territory:
- Green area (lawn): 27,000 sq. m
- Coniferous trees: 448 units
- Deciduous trees: 495 units
- Fruit trees: 70 units
- Shrubs: 108 units, including Indian lilac – 16 units, spherical boxwood – 80 units, magnolia – 12 units
- Sprinklers (irrigation system elements) R5: 1,963 units
The landscaping organization shall be responsible for watering, pruning, trimming, shaping, and seasonal maintenance of lawns and trees; fertilizing with organic and mineral fertilizers; soil improvement; preventive and curative measures against pests and diseases; and ensuring the sanitary and aesthetic condition of green areas on a continuous basis.
Requirements for participation in the tender:
- Availability of a certificate of registration with state authorities;
- Compliance of the company’s field of activity with the scope of services;
- At least 1 year of experience in this field;
- Not being included in the unified register of unscrupulous contractors;
- No outstanding debts related to taxes or other mandatory payments.
